Our set wedding menus are designed to suit all tastes and requirements; there are a couple of options available for you. If you are able to let us have a pre-order for your party then choose three starters, three main courses and three desserts, this way your party has an option with what they would like to eat. If it is not viable for you to get a pre-order then choose one starter, one main course and one dessert. Both set menus come served with homemade bread to start and coffee to finish.
Note: the easiest way to get a pre-order from your guests is to enclose a menu with the wedding invitations with a detachable form for them to return along with their reply to the invitation. We can provide you with these either via e-mail or hard copies.
Set Menu A - £24.99 per person
Starters
- Traditional prawn cocktail
- Fanned melon with sorbet drizzled with raspberry coulis
- Chicken liver pate with melba toast
- Homemade soup – Tomato & basil, Potato & leek or Vegetable
- Creamy garlic mushrooms
Main courses
- Roast meat – Beef, Pork or Turkey
- Slow roasted lamb shank on a bed of mash with a root vegetable jus
- Fillet of salmon with a prawn, cream & white wine sauce
- Herb crusted fillet of cod on a bed of ratatouille
- Mediterranean vegetable bake
Desserts
- Warm chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce & vanilla ice-cream
- Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
- Cheesecake – Raspberry & white chocolate, mixed berry or vanilla
- Fresh fruit pavlova
- Apple crumble
Set Menu B - £34.99 per person
Starters
- Chicken & leek terrine wrapped in streaky bacon with Cumberland sauce and toasted brioche
- Brandon rost (Loch Fyne oak smoked salmon) bound with a chive mayonnaise
- Crevette cocktail on a bed of mixed leaf with a citrus dressing
- Homemade soup – carrot & fennel, celeriac, leek & cracked black pepper, Scotch broth or gazpacho
- Whole baked portabella mushroom topped with smokey bacon, spinach & a stilton rarebit
Main Courses
- Chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham & basil with a sundried tomato, white wine and cream sauce
- Roast rack of lamb on a bed of bubble & squeak with a baby onion and rosemary jus
- Sea bass fillet marinated in lime and ginger on a coriander salad
- Smoked haddock on a bed of creamed leeks topped with a Welsh rarebit
- Spinach, ricotta and sundried tomato tart
Desserts
- Lemon tart with mint crème fraiche & raspberry coulis
- Double chocolate terrace with warm chocolate sauce
- Vanilla, raspberry & cardinal panacotta with homemade shortbread

- Hot roast pork carved at the buffet table

Drink Packages
We do not have ‘set’ drink packages as we build each package to suit your own requirements and budget. We have a wide range of drinks available and a comprehensive wine list so rest assured whatever your taste we can cater for you.
